At WCUPSA, our philosophy is grounded in a passion for sport and its power to convey enduring life lessons of responsibility, commitment and self-discipline. We are privileged to touch the lives of these players and our goal is to teach not only technical skills and sportsmanship, but also respect for others, strength of character and a sense of responsibility.

Our coaching staff is comprised of accomplished coaches who are notable not only for their advanced achievements in athletics, but for their integrity and dedication to the mentoring of young players. At WCUPSA, our commitment is to instill responsibility, leadership and character in the young athletes we teach.

Camp Programs History

Today, the World Cup Soccer Academy is a large and well-recognized sports education company that services over 2500 youth athletes year-round. But it wasn't always like this! In 1993, the Academy held its first 85 person summer camp...

That first summer, 85 campers laughed and learned under a veteran five-man staff aided by an eager group of high-school counselors. The camp was a great success! By 1996, WCUPSA had expanded to Tredyffrin / Easttown (T/E), where Jeff was joined by soccer bigwig Julian Sur in an effort to meet T/E’s similar soccer needs.

Partnership with Radnor Township Parks & Recreation

For the last several years, WCUPSA has partnered with Radnor Township’s Parks & Recreation department in expanding our summer offerings beyond soccer. World Cup Sports now leads basketball, tennis, Olympic sports, multi-sport, and nature and hiking camps in addition to a variety of other opportunities throughout the year.
